Call or visit the
Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS) to put your name on the waiting list for an appointment with a childcare worker. Call DFCS at
(404) 206-5300.
Your time on the waitlist will depend on current funding available. Once you are off the list, DFCS will send you an appointment card to go in and fill out the application at the office.

When you receive your appointment card in the mail, it will include what you need to bring with you to the office.
