Georgia Partnership for Caring Foundation

Quick Facts
What Is It?
A private network of health care providers who donate time and products for non-emergency health care services. It is available to Georgians without health insurance whose family income is at or below 125% of the federal poverty level.

What Do You Get?
You get one free visit to a participating primary care doctor or clinic, and free refills on prescription medication for serious diseases. The primary care doctor can also refer you for one free visit to a specialist in the network. GPCF can also help with dental care, locating patient aid programs for diagnostic testing or surgery, finding other health care agencies that provide services not available through GPCF, and education about other indigent drug programs.

How Long Do You Get It?
You can see a participating doctor for free once through GPFC.

Look Out
Many providers continue to see the client after the first visit for a negotiated fee, but these arrangements are made case by case, and are not part of GPCF.
