You qualify for Together Rx Access if you:
- Don't have drug care coverage from either a government program such as Medicaid or Medicare or through private insurance
- Don't qualify for Medicare or have a family member that qualifies for Medicare
- Are a U.S. citizen or legal resident
- Have a qualifying income (see the table below)
For example, if your family size is four and your household income is $5,000 per month, your family will likely qualify for Together Rx Access.
