You qualify for TANF if you:
- Have a child under age 18 or under age 19 if still in school.
- Have less than $1,000 in resources.
- Have a qualifying income (see the table below)
For example, if your family size is four and your household income is $925 or less per month, you’ll likely qualify for TANF if you have less than $1,000 in resources.
