You can fill out an application through a screening with an
EarnBenefits counselor.
After the orientation you can schedule a one-on-one intake with the program coordinator. You will need to gather all necessary documents for this meeting. See the below for details.

- Income tax returns for the previous year for all employed members of the household (including the 1040 and all W2 forms)
- Three most recent pay stubs
- Recent credit reports and scores from all three bureaus

To get your credit report, visit www.annualcreditreport.com. Reports are free and scores cost $5.95. Make sure you get reports from all three reporting agencies: Equifax, Experian and TransUnion.
