You qualify for the Blank IDA, if you:
- Have at least one child 5 years of age or younger
- Have not owned property within the last three years
- Have a qualifying income that lies between 100% of the Federal Poverty Level and 80% of HUD's mean family income(see the table below)
For example, if your family size is four and your annual household income is between $20,650 and $56,950, you'll likely qualify for the IDA Program.
