How do I apply for WIC?

To apply, call or visit your county Department of Health or visit a WIC clinic. A doctor or nurse must examine you and your children. To find a WIC clinic near you, call the WIC hotline at (800) 228-9173.

What do I Need to Bring?
To apply for this benefit, you will need:
  • Identification for yourself and your household members
  • Proof of where you live
  • Proof of your household’s income
